In 2015 I decided to give a real "Turn" to my professional but also human life, passing from the work of a clerk in various sectors to that of an apprentice winemaker.
The desire to be part of a millenary culture such as that of wine production led me to create this company which is located on the Florentine hills, where the vines are grown following the organic method and respecting the environment that surrounds us.
The attention to the well-being of the vineyards through less invasive processing possible and a meticulous work in the cellar without the addition of chemical products extraneous to the naturalness of the grapes, I believe are key factors to aspire to the production of wines of great quality and territorial expression.
The company is located in Malmantile in the municipality of Lastra a Signa, on the hills near Florence, 175 meters above sea level and covers a total area of about 15 hectares, of which 5 are vineyards located in the hills around Florence. In the company's vineyards, Sangiovese is mainly grown in addition to Trebbiano.
The annual production is about 15,000 bottles and the whole production cycle, from the management of the vineyard, to the vinification and the sale, I take care of with the help and indispensable support of my family.
