Nduja of calabrian black pig: The real Calabrian 'nduja; a salami so soft that it can be spread on bread , used to flavor sauces and other preparations; also very good to taste alone, especially for chilli lovers. The 'nduja is one of the most famous typical preparations of Calabria and, thanks to its unique smoky and spicy flavor, it manages to enclose all the strong taste of Calabrian traditions. Our 'nduja is made with genuine ingredients, starting with the meat and fat of real black Calabrian pig . The 'nduja must be produced from the mixture of lard, from the bacon and from the trimmings of the minced lean parts with the addition of Calabrian chilli (about 30%). dried in the sun and with the addition of NaCl salt (about 3%), without preservatives and antioxidants. The bagging is made of natural pig intestine already washed and the smoking must be done using olive and oak wood. The 'nduja is creamy, with a strong and pleasantly spicy taste, but without being excessively salty. Ingredients: organic black pork, salt, spices. Aging: min. 30 days.
