DOP Umbria Colli Orvietani 2022: Superior quality Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and DOP Umbria Colli Orvietani. Obtained with olives of the Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino cultivars entirely harvested on the Podere Panolfo estate.
It is the oil that best represents Umbrian production and reflects its decisive but gentle character. The slightly early harvest, and at different times for the different cultivars, has allowed us to obtain olives that have produced an oil with pleasant aromas of thistle, green grass and almond, typical of the Umbrian DOP. A marked personality emerges on the palate with clearly evident hints of bitter and spicy in perfect balance.
