Since 2011, the company also produces artisan pasta from the precious "Senatore Cappelli" durum wheat and organic spelt pasta. The pasta comes only from durum wheat and spelt dicoccum cultivated by Giovanni Marvulli.

Pasta "Senatore Cappelli" variety: the most precious durum wheat variety. It is ancient variety of durum wheat, very appreciated and has an intense flavour and aroma. Both pasta are craft made manufacturing with bronze drawing and slow drying (48h), and has 15-16 % of proteins. Awarded as EXCELLENT at the 2nd National Review of durum wheat semolina pasta.
