They are homemade products made with fresh Calabrian mushrooms, neither preservatives nor industrial brines are used.

Porcini mushrooms: Porcini mushrooms (Boletus aereus, aestivalis, edulis, pinophilus) in olive oil, vinegar, salt and vegetable aromas.

Rositi mushrooms: Funghi Rositi (Lactarius deliciosus) in olio di oliva, aceto, sale ed aromi vegetali.

Mixed forest mushrooms: Portentosi (Tricholoma portentosum), Chiodini (Armillaria mellea), Rositi (Lactarius deliciosus), Porcini (Boletus luteus) in variable ratio, olive oil, vinegar, salt and vegetable aromas.
